#Fallout new vegas mod manager no hands mod#
This mod requires the Honest Hearts and Lonesome Road DLCs. In Fallout Mod Manager, open the ‘Package Manager’ using the button to the right hand side of the window. To install, download the file, extract it, copy the "Data" folder to your Fallout: New Vegas directory, open FalloutNVLauncher, then click on "Data Files" and enable the mod. zip files, so use something like WinRAR to extract the mod files into your new ‘Fallout New Vegas mods’ folder. This mod also integrates the Fallout 4 weapons into your leveled list, so you can find them in your New Vegas world as well as encounter NPCs using these weapons. You will be able to tell which weapons are Fallout 4 ones based on the icons vanilla New Vegas weapons should have an icon showing the Vault-Boy holding them, while the icons of these new weapons only show the weapon. I like this mod as it is very satisfying to see many iconic weapons from Fallout 4 appear in Fallout: New Vegas the models look exactly like the ones from Fallout 4. This upload is "Commonwealth Surplus", a mod which adds the weapons from Fallout 4 into Fallout: New Vegas. However, I still tried running the game without these mods just to rule it out, but no. It worked fine for a few days (and a machine reboot or two in between) with those mods running. So, I'll re-upload those mods which I managed to get before r/modpiracy got taken down, for all to download and enjoy. I do have two mods installed via Nexus Mod Manager: Fallout New Vegas Anti Crash, and the one that adds more fast travel points, most notably the Vegas Strip area.
Problem is, r/modpiracy got banned from Reddit, and people no longer seem to be able to easily access those mods. I have only been able to get their mods thanks to Reddit's community r/modpiracy. Problem is, that site seems to be particularly cagey about accepting new members, and only members who have been posting regularly for months are allowed access to their mods. So, there's this modding website G.U.Network, which has many awesome mods, particularly for Fallout: New Vegas.
